LPS’ growth strategy required a new facility in Texas, USA and a larger facility in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. LPS acquired the assets of CCB International in October 2023 and moved to an 8,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Navasota, Texas in early 2024. LPS CEO Ryan Sears stated, “This gives us a home in the heart of the oil & gas industry and places us close to some of our main suppliers and clients. We’ve been able to reduce costs and use this location as our North American hub for all of our products.”.

LPS also outgrew their shop in Brazil and moved to a 10,000 square foot building in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. This location is also closer to suppliers and gives LPS significant additional capacity for their FlexSleeve product line. It also affords plenty of space for the significant amount of product development and testing as LPS continues innovating new solutions for internally lined pipelines.
