RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA – Lined Pipe Systems (LPS) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the assets of CCB International, Inc. and that they are now the manufacturer of the CCB® sleeve. CCB International was one of the original providers of internal weld sleeve technology and has a successful track record dating back more than 25 years. This strategic move provides LPS a foothold in the oil & gas market in North America and the Middle East and demonstrates LPS’ commitment to providing customers with exceptional products.
LPS is committed to maintaining the excellent quality and integrity that clients are accustomed to with the CCB® sleeve. They have established a facility in Navasota, TX near current Houston suppliers and have hired CCB’s former Vice President, Kristine Spiller.
